CJ Plumbing & Heating

CJ Plumbing replaced our central heating boiler in May. We are very impressed by the work. From the initial visit to look at the requirements, including getting round the tricky technical challenges of our particular set up, through to the actual installation, CJ Plumbing were professional, adaptable open and friendly. They were ultra-careful of our fixtures and fittings. I will add that we were even more impressed that one of the people doing the work was training. It is really good to see a business investing in younger peoples future. Extra bonus points for that.

Mr Oliver Hill came out to service our gas boiler. He arrived on time did an excellent job, certificates were all in order and received the next day. I would use this company again in the future.

Kane was friendly and professional. We had an intermittent problem with our heating and so, of course, it worked when he came. He did not want us to spend more than necessary; he left us with his number to call when the problem next occurred. By asking us to check a couple of things over the phone, he was able to work out what the problem was and so buy the appropriate part.

We found CJ Plumbing and Heating very responsive, highly professional and efficient. The plumbers and tiler who did the renovation of our bathroom provided constructive advice to us and the cost was extremely reasonable. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use their services again.

Fantastic service! I put out a plea on Checkatrade for a plumber to fix out broken flush system in the cistern. I had a call back from CJ Plumbing and Heating within a few hours and they arranged for a plumber to come out the next day, which was fine because the issue wasn't a flood risk. The following afternoon, a very friendly and polite plumber turned up, fixed everything that needed replacing, checked it all over and tidied up. Good as new! Brilliant. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. A very happy (and relieved) customer!
