Creepy, isolated, freaky, with some very odd people. Parking is a nightmare, so you need to plan ahead if you're going to be longer than 2 hours

Came here through nostalgia. 😊 This beautiful, slightly creepy old building used to be a recording studio back in the late 90’s (Oldknows Studios). Mr Selwyn Chambers I remember with great fondness. Good memories of fun, care free times, making Drumu0026Bass tracks through the week and partying to it all weekend…. Great memories this building provides me, and it has seen many a generation through its doors. Lovely to see it still thriving as a business / creative incubator space.. Thanks for the memories Oldknows ! 🍻 I am sure you will out-live us all.. 👋🏼

The Oldknows Factory is a beautiful building with tons of character and my office has stunning views over south Nottingham. The landlord goes out of his way to support your business and make you feel a part of the Oldknows family. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an office or studio space
