Very well stocked and helpful staff

Very helpful guy, went out of his way to help. Been few times for bike fasteners. Sometimes if you only want one or two nuts and bolts they'll give you them for free. Excellent place.

Went today to buy some key clamp tube, would only cut the tube in half which is still to big for my van, can't cut on the carpark so drove off with the back up and had to cut it in the street, for the sake of 2 more cuts which I would have paid for they are now getting a bad review , wasn't like it was busy in the shop, staff member was miserable, not a great start for a potentially new customer, will use W T Lynns from now on

Good store, good products a little expensive but quality is there

Very willing to help with staff that are happy to go above and beyond. You get lucky or unlucky with the assistant who serves you though. Some of them are great but a few just don't want to be there and it makes life difficult. They are open quite early but also close early compared with similar tool shops, etc which can make it difficult to rely on FWB. They have plenty of space to park even very large vehicles.

Very poor - went in on Wednesday order up parts and invoice was sent - Paid in full - ready for me to collect on Monday first thing to start job - picked up Monday all pipe fittings wrongly picked, parts missing from list ( that had been paid for) spent 2 hrs of my life sorting out issue with them - Then they would not let me take new parts till an extra £10 was paid - lost the will to live - what an unorganised company
