Cake Box Bradford (Duckworth Lane)

Wish I could give it a minus 5 score. Ordered cake 2 weeks ago, received text message on day to collect at 12pm, when I arrived they said its not ready and they didn't receive the order due to technical fault...But I got a text message to collect it! The inconvenience they caused, house full of guests, traveling there twice etc....No sympathy or gesture of goodwill, first time there and definitely last!

I work for the NHS, I went in to get some cake for mg colleagues at the Hospital and the staff at Cake Box were so appreciative of all the work we do! Their cakes are amazing and everyone at the Hospital absolutely loved them! Thanks for the hospitality and keep up the good work!!

The quality of their cakes has massively improved. Customer service also on point. 100% recommend to others. They also have more of a variety now compared to before. Definitely worth a visit.

I have usually bought all my celebration cakes from Cake Box for many years, but this time I was really disappointed. The cake did not look like the one I ordered and looked to be falling apart as the flowers used on it were pushed so far in, the icing was on a slant. Looked extremely poor! And I was embarrassed to show it at my little girl's party!

Was looking forward to getting a cake from here but was disappointed at the disgusting customer service from the manager, who was not willing to help us when we came to enquire about the cakes and instead was quite rude and passive aggressive. She needs a lesson in how to speak to customers. Stay away at all costs.

I have recently discovered this place and have to say the cakes and range on offer are much better than Nafees and other bakeries. The chocolate sponge birthday cake I ordered was absolutely delicious and daughter was very pleased. Also the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Had a rubbish week...left my dear Mother's birthday cake to the last minute. We had 'cakes some more' in Greengates make us cakes many a time before, but they ceased business recently. Anyhow, current replacement with Cake Box was responsive and Sophie was great. Thank you.
