10-20-2023 08:12It is great to have the option to use bicycles as public transportation. However, there is plenty of room for improvement of the service. App sometimes doesnt open, you need a very good internet on your phone. The app map is better not to use unless maybe your phone internet is super fast. Othwrwise, do not try to use it while cycling, it shows stops with a big delay, and it will mislead you. Another thing that can be improved - there are no stations at all along the long bicycle lane next to the sea, that connects the Canteras beach area and the old town. The app map shows a station but it can not be reached from the bike lane, as it is down the stairs in the marina area. It is better to use the bike lane inside, on Leon y Castillo street. The support reachable from the app works but mostly you have to listen to the automated answer for a while before talking to someone.

10-14-2023 06:19Untill now I have rented 3 times a bike. 1 times i was bussy more then 5 minutes to return the bike another time even 9 minutes. All rides where € 1,50 but no one was longer half hour. A lot of bikes are in poor condition and the handle bars are sticky. But if you like to cycle and don't wanna go with the public transport its a nice way to explore the city. Before you rent a bike check it all around. Tyre pressure, and of everything is wel tight. Here in Las Palmas there are not to many cycle lanes as in my own country the Netherlands and sometimes you have to go from cycle lane to pedestrial lane or on the road. Las Palmas is not rely bike friendly but once you now the correct way it will be fine. I Hope this was usefull for all of you.

------------ City bikes done wrong. It cost 1.5 euro per 30 mins. Very expensive. It will be great if the price were not the double than the bus. On top of that the bikes are in bad condition. I checked the subscriptions and they are more reasonable. I guess they want to screw tourists.
