Servicio técnico, en mi experiencia, impecable. Venía de otro servicio técnico oficial en el que me dieron un diagnóstico erróneo y desmesurado. En banana me asesoraron estupendamente y su servicio técnico fue, muy rápido y efectivo. Lograron dar con el problema y asegurarme el mejor presupuesto posible. Gracias especialmente a Yeray y a Iballa que me asesoraron en todo momento y me dieron un trato estupendo. SI tienes que reparar tu dispositivo apple recomiendo banana.10/10.

Spanish version Compré un iPhone 14 Pro Max el 10 de julio en esta tienda, y durante los próximos 13 días noté que el teléfono se sobrecalienta durante su uso (ya sea con una sola aplicación o con varias aplicaciones abiertas, al hacer fotos, editar, llamar o cargarlo). Tuve que ponerlo sobre una base de enfriamiento y no podía sostenerlo en mis manos. En la factura estaba escrito en negrita que tengo derecho a devolver o cambiar el teléfono dentro de los 15 días a partir de la fecha de compra. Intenté cambiar mi teléfono el sábado 22 de julio, pero se llevaron mi teléfono para hacerle un diagnóstico, diciendo que todo estaba bien con el teléfono y que se calentaba debido a la transferencia de información desde el teléfono antiguo al nuevo y por las actualizaciones del software. Por cierto, el servicio de diagnóstico todavía estaba abierto el sábado, pero por alguna razón, no aceptaron el teléfono para el diagnóstico de inmediato y me pidieron que esperara hasta el lunes. El lunes, volví a la tienda por mi cuenta y me dijeron que solo mirarían el teléfono en 24 horas. Cuando comencé a mostrarles la factura en la que se indicaba que tenía derecho a cambiar o devolver el teléfono, me dijeron que esperara 24 horas y el diagnóstico (no hay información en la factura sobre esperar 24 horas o hacer un diagnóstico). Cuando pedí un libro de reclamaciones, aceptaron devolverme el dinero. Tal vez porque soy extranjero y aún no hablo español con fluidez, esperaban darme el teléfono diciendo que todo estaba bien con él y que el sobrecalentamiento es un proceso normal. Queridos empleados de la tienda, no olviden que los extranjeros también aprenden su idioma y pueden leer. Es ist schlicht und ergreifend DER Apple Shop auf Teneriffa. Bei Angeboten sollte man den Media Markt nicht vergessen. Auch er ist mit Apple Produkten gut sortiert.
