Lokalizacja bardzo na plus, natomiast sam pokój („apartament loft”) ciemny, z klimatem nory, z wrażeniem nieświeżości i duchoty. Brak klimatyzacji, a otwarcie okien nie daje przewiewu, bo kamienica jest wciśnięta między inne budynki i powietrze stoi. Urządzenie i wyposażenie typowe pod wynajem, tj. najtańszy sprzęt (np. nadające się do zupełnie do niczego przypalone żelazko z brakiem deski do prasowania) i wyposażenie. Ma wyglądać ładnie na zdjęciu, a nie w realu. Reasumują, cena (ponad 700 zł za noc) nieadekwatna do standardu.
