Scam! Be careful! They try to get money from you without letting you know in advance!! Please, go to another plumber, this is not an honest service. I never write bad reviews but I feel scammed by this person. He charged us 80€ for a visit where in 5 min he gave us a super expensive quote (almost three times from the other offers we received). This amount for the visit was not agreed in advance!!! Sometimes I have paid people to come and give a quote but they always tell you in advance the cost of the visit. I had a call with the plumber afterwards to request him a refund or a partial refund because I found the situation super unfair and he tried to make me think it was my fault. After reviewing the whatsapp chat where I clearly asked for a QUOTE, not for the WORK to be done, he stopped to answer me or giving any explanation, that’s why I proceed with this review. Truly disappointed.
