Unprofessional and the method of working is confusing and unorganized.

Muy buena experiencia, mi psicóloga Alice habla español perfectamente a parte de varios idiomas,buena conexión desde el principio ,llevo aquí ya casi dos años por ansiedad y me ha ayudado muchísimo, incluso a veces a través de email fuera de horas. Muchísima flexibilidad y humanidad . Genial para expats que no encontramos terapia en nuestra lengua,mi seguro VGZ me cubre 20 sesiones al año y por supuesto pagando el propio riesgo. La espera fue de sólo dos meses aunque esto depende de cuánto lo necesites. Espero que esto ayude a alguien que esté buscando ayuda psicológica en español en Holanda

I was on the waiting list for Adagio for 6 months, called them repeatedly to find out how much longer I needed to wait. I was always told someone would call me but no one ever did. After 6 months, after I called I was told I cannot be accepted for at least another 4 months and after that it is unsure. They messed up my data and thought someone had informed me that I was not added to the list in the first place. They did, however, apologize for the issue and after 10 months of waiting I started my therapy now.
