Using Sixt Share was easy even as a German. Having two inquiries, I wrote a mail and got an answer as well as a positive feedback in not even a day. Therefore I had a good experience, the app worked fine as well.

Ze hebben geen telefoonnummer meer. Ook niet als je ze dringend nodig hebt. Bizar

Sixt share is a great service with poor execution and no customer service. The app is easy to use, a few times it's been hard to find the car. The pricing packages are too small or too big which leads to over paying for the amount of time or km you might actually use it for. All these things don't bother me as much as the inability to reach anyone via phone for the service or get help when needed and their terms u0026 conditions of use related to damages being reported. I have used the service 4 times without incident however on the last use which I returned the car again without damages they sent me a damage report and asked the last 5 drivers for their report. I was the lucky one selected to apply the damages to. After many emails (because there is no phone number) and concern I was being reached out to fraudulently they responded after 14 days saying I still was being pursued for damages because I accepted the terms u0026 conditions. They obviously did not believe my customer report of no damages and continue to pursue me for damage to the car I did not cause. BEWARE of the frustrating and non existent customer service with sixt share. I think this could be a great service if they had customer service u0026 were professional. Instead I am a very unhappy customer frustrated and ripped off
