Really value Anti-loneliness! I have been to a few support groups and found them to be extremely helpful. Many are being offered! I like that the psychologists are international, all coming from different backgrounds. I found them to be open minded, very understanding and compassionate. Definitely recommend! It’s a safe environment to work on yourself.

I've attended several workshops delivered by Vassia. She's very knowledgeable about her work and I learnt about new tools I now use with clients in Individual therapy sessions! The workshops are packed full of information that I personally found very useful. The additional materials shared are something I refer to often.

AntiLoneliness is such a gift to whoever feels lonely, stressed, sad. It provides many forms of support, interesting workshops (I've attended one on intimacy and it was so informative and inspiring), individual therapy and couple therapy. It's student-friendly and need-oriented, and an amazing place to be when you feel no place is right.
