She is equally good at listening with empathy as she is extracting the core issues at play in any given situation, in turn providing useful perspective, insights, and recommendations that foster steady, continuous personal progress. She has changed the way I think about a number of things and I've been grateful to benefit from her unique combination of wisdom and practical solutions.

When I was ready to share some of my thoughts, I was very afraid I would be judged! Instead she listens and gives me good advice. I don’t hesitate to discuss any topic with her now.

Her vast knowledge in psychology is additionally backed up by the curiosity to learn more and go deeper. Working with her means you get a counsellor who is an attentive and active listener with an empathic approach yet gives you an extra push in the right direction when needed. Highly recommend.
