PsyQ Den Haag-Noord ^🇳🇱

Afspraken maken is best een uitdaging voor het ADHD centrum van PsyQ. Ze vergeten steeds een vervolgafspraak te regelen. Dan bel je PsyQ een paar keer of ze je terug kunnen bellen voor een afspraak. Nou, we zijn twee weken verder en er is nog niets geregeld.

Slecht, onbeschoft, dwingerig.

Long waiting time for ADHD (due to the doctor's mistake was 3 months longer, 9 instead of 6 months, but they were very apologetic as soon as they realised its their mistake and tried their best to fit me sooner, and he did, sooner by 3 months because I was supposed to start with the waiting all over again). Intake was very nice, they were very respectful and didn't see my issues as a joke like in some other places, we had laughs and everything and it felt professional yet casual friendly. After the waiting line was done everything started moving very fast, within a week of the intake I did qb test and same day had a meeting with a psychiatrist regarding medication. Everyone is nice and helpful and they seem like they actually care about your issues (even if that may not be the case, it feels like they do and that's what matters). I was offered a treatment without medication too (therapies and strategy sessions) Oh and the receptionist lady is also super nice, always a nice conversation with her 😊 No problem with English speakers, but intake requires a bit more in depth conversation so in return waiting lines are a bit longer with English speakers, other than that they speak quite fluently (even tho they always excuse their bad English when you first start talking to them, but being humble never hurt nobody 😁) Personal experience 4.8/5

Doorverwijzing en registratie verliep spoedig. Lange wachttijden ( voor ADHD althans), maar hier waren ze eerlijk over en kwamen gemaakte afspraken na binnen de beloofde termijn. Goede communicatie naar de patiënt toe. Vriendelijke receptiemedewerkers en kundige artsen en psychologen.
