NAHV Accountants ^🇳🇱

Ik kan mij niet vinden in de slechte review eerder gemeld. Werk nu al meerdere jaren met NAHV en mijn ervaring is dat de medewerkers duidelijk en proactief communiceren. Ze denken graag mee over je persoonlijke situatie al dan niet in combinatie met de diensten die zij leveren voor ons bedrijf.

Very bad communication, no proper explanations on the actions, and they keep having software issues that make them lose all the documents/info that we provided to them. Not satisfied and don't recommend them.

Unfortunately, the most unprofessional, incompetent and overpriced accountants I worked with in last 15 years. Brief summary of what we had to deal with during over 1 year tenure with NAHV: - Almost 0 electronic communication, they preferred phone calls and we had to defend our conversations few months down the line on regular basis. If we tried to contact them via email, no response most of the time - Charged us for meetings they invoked themselves (consuming our time for travel to their office) and that included outrageous hourly rate for 2 people one of them essentially junior trainee (based on the events which followed in upcoming months) in the room. none of that would be mentioned in contract or anywhere else and only charged at the end of the year. - Numerous mistakes resulting in us overpaying wage taxes and getting several penalties from belastingdienst - Incorrect advices regarding company setup again at our expense - We got charged almost 2000 eur on top their already hefty annual charges for what they described as need for communication responses and various tax related activities. You wonder what does the base price really cover (their contracts were very vague about any extra payments) - Unprofessional response times. we would try to get answers after another round of issues with tax office for example and we could not speak to anyone for 3 weeks because our designated accountant was on holiday. - they assured us we can have access to their accountancy software, we never got one nor seen one I normally don't bother writing bad reviews but after months of their departure we still had to deal with consequences of their what I can only describe as incompetent advisors/accountants at our expense thus I feel obliged to do so. They look professional and knowledgable at first sight but that changed quickly after signing the contracts and actual work begun Maybe we were unlucky with our designated accountant(s), nevertheless as a company NAHV should have dealt with these warning signals
