Via facebook tegen gekomen, top behandeling

Vrijdag een afspraak gemaakt, Zaterdag 3D scan gehad bij Erasmus Mondzorg (Rotterdam). De dame aan de balie bij Erasmus Mondzorg zou vriendelijker mogen zijn geweest. Maar een zeer prettige afspraak gehad. Zeer vriendelijke en toegankelijke tandarts. Duidelijke uitleg gekregen van de tandarts over het verloop van de afspraak (wat er ging gebeuren). Er werd goed de tijd voor mij genomen, veel informatie en uitleg gegeven. Ook nog toelichtingen tijdens het uitvoeren van de handelingen (foto's maken en 3D scan). Daarna werd nog toegelicht wat er gebeurt na de afspraak, zodat je weet waar je aan toe bent. Al direct de eerstvolgende dinsdag contact gehad over het behandelplan met duidelijke uitleg hierover en mogelijkheid tot het stellen van vragen. Tot zover prettige ervaring!

Ik ben momenteel in behandeling heel erg vervelend dat ik de klantenservice nooit kan bereiken.

I had a rather disappointing experience with DrSmile. Initially, their marketing team approached me multiple times, aggressively promoting their offer for 2300 euros. After two months had passed, I received an automated email reminding me to complete my purchase. Curious, I followed the provided link, expecting to see the same offer I was previously presented with, which included a 500 euro discount. Unfortunately, the website did not display any pricing information. Assuming it would be the same offer, I clicked accept and was shocked to discover that I was expected to pay 2999 euros instead of 2300 like we agreed in text messages and on the phone. Seeking clarification, I reached out to their support team. Before starting my treatment they were very responsive and quick to reply. However, as soon as I clicked the order button their responsiveness significantly declined. I had to send multiple emails before receiving a response, which took a frustratingly long 1-2 weeks. To my disappointment, their first reply was irrelevant to my query as they informed me that I couldn't cancel my DrSmile plan, even though that wasn't my question. I simply wanted to know the correct payment amount, considering the lack of clarification on their purchase page. After several more emails and weeks of waiting, I finally received a second response. However, it was disappointingly brief and unhelpful, merely stating that I had to pay the full amount without addressing any of my inquiries regarding the 2300 euro plan. Now, approximately three months later, I have received collection agency notices because I refuse to pay the full amount. I believe I am justified in my stance since we had a clear agreement on paper and I can provide evidence from DrSmile's own telephone and SMS records. In my opinion, DrSmile is an awful company to deal with. They are highly responsive and attentive until you make the purchase. Once you become a customer, their support and care diminish significantly. They seem to prioritize prospective customers over existing ones, leaving those who have already made a purchase feeling neglected and unsupported. Considering my personal experience, I cannot recommend DrSmile as a reliable and customer-friendly company.

Er wordt altijd heel laat gereageerd. Nog steeds niet het gewenste resultaat behaald en ook nog eens kosten eraan als ik opnieuw een behandeling wil. Ik raad het niemand aan.

Hallo? Graag antwoord. Ik ontvang graag een track en trace, zodat ik kan zorgen dat ik thuis ben. Ik gebruik een bitje uit oktober, omdat ik door jullie onkunde nog geen correct bitje heb ontvangen, dus maak haast! Jullie service schiet weer zó extreem tekort, ik vraag me echt af wat voor een mensen jullie aannemen. Graag zsm antwoord. Met track en trace code. Daarnaast ontvang ik ook graag de nieuwe offerte met de afgetrokken kosten. Mocht het weer langer duren (ik schat de kans op 100% in), dan ga ik ervan uit dat ik een nieuwe, extra financiele compensatie krijg. Ook voor de vorige compensatie is nog geen contact opgenomen, al had ik niet gedacht dat jullie dat zelf zouden doen. Ik weet inmiddels hoe het gaat bij Dr. Smile.
