Good Evening I wanted to take the time to Acknowledge an outstanding experience of true above and beyond outstanding customer service. Which during Covid is rare and very far in between. During this time I have lost my vehicle to uninsured driver uggg. And have been renting with your company for almost 10months straight starting. We have visited this location for the first go at it .. and I have to say the team speaks for itself consistent faces which mean great employees and clearly backed by a superior and amazing leader MICHEAL!!!!! The Manager at this location ... truly gets the job done I had to bring an experience to his attempt and was forced to return the vehicle mid work day for an exchange .... he communicated with his team and when I arrived and they we made aware of my concerns . Micheal came out and apologized for my inconvenience and lead me to our replacement car in 2mins flat again very rare where you feel very content during a time of stress.... I was in and back on the road in 15mins max ..... if you happen know whom I’m speaking about he is stellar and definitely would be great at Executive leader level . Me being a Platinum member with no other tears to move up with the perks he truly made up for it with the service. He has provided . I tend to rent cars for 30-45 days at a time and he truly makes it a home away from home when we arrive .
