I’ve visited boutique of Venice, because I couldn’t find a bag in London’s store. I purchased the bag and wallet. The team was very kind and friendly. I’ll absolutely come back again.

Worse staff I have ever met. I visited a store today around 3 pm. A sales person (woman with a black hair) asked me why did I come here and where am I from. I answered her. She mocked me behind my back, but with the tone I have to hear her. I didn’t make any scandal because a lot of people were there. But my day was completely spoiled. This lady can’t work in a such high level company. It is a shame.

I really want to commend Priscilla for her impeccable service. I went into the shop with my family with the intention to just browse around but she treated us with such warmth and kindness that I feel that she really deserve more than 5 stars for her service! I didn't manage to buy anything from her but I wished that others (if you are reading this) would. All the best to her!
