Ottima posizione a pochi minuti sia dalla stazione che dal centro. Camere piccole ma accoglienti e pulizia ottima.

He had booked this place two months back. She sent us a message to confirm our booking the night before, we replied within an hour and from that point on she stopped replying to aall of our messages. We went all the way there from Florence, she never replied to our texts, no one was there and the sell phones we were calling were all wrong ! At least unprofessional! You should really be ashamed leaving people who dont know the city on the streets not knowing what to do

It's decent. Clean. 1 bathroom for several rooms, could be better. Has AC that sorta works. Barely. Seems safe but they have adopted the nobody on the premises model that makes it more like an airbnb and less like a real hostel/hotel. 10€ 'late check-in' fee for after 7pm is ... Offensive. That's a 15% penalty for the proprietor to run a *lodging* business. Hogwash. Balderdash. Shenanigans. A pure bamboozle. On principal alone I would refuse to return and am removing stars for their abuse of clientele. Decent value otherwise.
