I went into the shop with my family with the intention to just browse around but she treated us with such warmth and kindness that I feel that she really deserve more than 5 stars for her service! I didn't manage to buy anything from her but I wished that others (if you are reading this) would. All the best to her!

I’ve visited boutique of Venice, because I couldn’t find a bag in London’s store. I purchased the bag and wallet. The team was very kind and friendly. I’ll absolutely come back again.

Friendly greeting as soon as you step into the store. And patienly provide the product you may like. I had a wonderful shopping experience here.

Worse staff I have ever met. I visited a store today around 3 pm. A sales person (woman with a black hair) asked me why did I come here and where am I from. I answered her. She mocked me behind my back, but with the tone I have to hear her. I didn’t make any scandal because a lot of people were there. But my day was completely spoiled. This lady can’t work in a such high level company. It is a shame.
