08-15-2023 20:16I live next to this place and that’s why I wanted to go there for making braces. At the moment I chose among several places nearby, all of them can do free first visit, but in this place you have to pay 100€ just for the consultation at your first visit. I called for an appointment and the lady I spoke to, knowing I am a foreigner and that I do not speak fluent Italian was not very supportive and didn’t give my any suitable appointment. She said they have only one day free of charge: may 4 (no idea why). But I cannot come that day, so she just said there are no other days and I have to pay 100€. That’s very disappointing.
