Ottimo luogo per noleggiare l'auto. Molto chiari nei contratti di affitto.

Auto pulita e personale cordiale. Tuttavia, segnalo che ci hanno dato la macchina con serbatoio quasi vuoto nonostante nella ricevuta di inizio noleggio fosse riportato che il serbatoio era pieno. Purtroppo ce ne siamo accorte troppo tardi e abbiamo dovuto pagare la differenza.

Went with super low expectations due to the bad Google reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the staff. Was upgraded to a fiat 500 convertible on request at no charge. In and out within 15 mins at pickup and 10 mins for return (only because we insisted that they inspect the vehicle and give us the sign off to avoid surprises later) [Pro tip] Car pickup is from their office INSIDE THE MAIN BUILDING (see photos) Return is at the kiosk in the parking lot. We didn't know this and ended up waiting for no reason at the wrong location for 20 mins to beat the lines for pick up.

Mi hanno fatto saltare la prenotazione prepagata con autoeurope. Ufficio chiuso nonostante dovesse essere aperto in base agli orari riportati. Dirottato su hertz. Hertz in overbooking senza macchine dal giorno precedente. DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.

Inaccettabile !!!! Non ho potuto ritirare l'auto perchè alle 17 gli uffici erano già chiusi all'aeroporto di Charleroi . Avevo anche già pagato !!!!

WARNING!! Never use Thrifty (owned by Hertz). Rented a car which malfunctioned. Rented a car on the 12th of May 2022 and had to arrange transportation back to the airport as there was an electronic malfunction (key did not work and all windows were open). Even though they refunded the taxi fare I am still waiting to get almost EUR2500 back which they charged on my credit card without my permission (even though it was an electrical problem outside of my control and I told them where the keys were). Horrible customer experience, no answer at all for long periods or mixing up my case with the case of a mister Jackson who caused damage.

Alles reibungslos. Waren im Vorteil etwas skeptisch wegen der teils negativen Erfahrungen, aber konnten vor Ort den Service von Hertz (Mutterkonzern) genießen und hatten keinerlei Probleme.
