Was excited to stay here for a 4-6 week business trip. Unfortunately, the hotel website booking system reset my dates during the confirmation process and booked me for a date in the past. The hotel then charged me a $300+ cancellation fee. I contacted the front desk hoping they would negate the charge and help me re-book for the correct dates in light of my very long anticipated stay, but they refused. A business should own its website errors. Very disappointed, $300 poorer, and left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Sehr stylisches Hotel an Super Standort, super Service, wahnsinnig freundlich. Waren geschäftlich unterwegs und haben Spa/Fitness nicht nutzen können

Perfect location with excellent service, near a lot of shops and cafes, 4 min walking to the lake. The breakfast good and staff are friendly. Highly recommend it for quick visits to Geneva.

We stayed just one night as a pit-stop before we started our long road trip to Nice. I was SO awesome after a LONG travel day to have such a good place to rest. The shower was 5-stars and the hotel restaurant was wonderful. Staff was great too.
