Chocolate Cramique is just delicious and very fluffy. You can either do take away or take a seat inside. There is a small room where you can order anything from the menu and enjoy some sweets with a good cup of tea or a juice. I would anyway recommend to to take away because the space inside is quite small and it can get easily overcrowded

Déçu à chaque fois....ok les brioches sont bonnes ( même si pas aussi bonnes qu'au début) mais a chaque fois le temps d'attente est trop long sur la terrasse. Ce n'est pas la faute de la serveuse qui est toute seule... mais du coup ça ne donne pas envie. Dommage !

One of the best cafe to have freshly made chocolate,sugar, and raisin brioche 🍞 in old town Geneva. It's chain restaurant, but the quality of their pastries, coffees, and sweets are delicious!! The best time is to grab a brioche when they come out of the oven, and have an Expresso on the side. The staff are very friendly and speaks English too. If you attempt to order in broken French, they will really appreciate your effort, and serve you cordially and well. So, practice your French and don't be shy😉 They also have a branch at Rive, but this one is the oldest one, i think.

Trouverez ici, les meilleures brioches de Genève. Vraiment moelleux! Et les matins la queue se forme... Dommage que y avait une seule serveuse pour la terrasse et l'autre a l'intérieur, le temps d'attente j'ai trouvé long, 10 a 15 minutes. Malgré la serveuse très agréable et professionnelle, elle s'excusait le long temps d'attente aux clients, ceux qui étaient déjà sur le point de demander ce qui se passe et d'autres na savaient pas quoi faire pendant se temps, les enfants des mamans idem. C'est plus que évident qu'il faut impérativement renforcer l'équipe du matin, ou sinon les clients iront se disperser. Je recommande peut être mieux pour le goûter de l'après-midi.

I have stayed twice in Room 106 on May 27-29 and Room 108 on June 24-26 and I am very satisfied. Especially the room is very clean and the towels are very clean. The service staff in the shop is very considerate and polite. The service quality of your hotel makes me stay. I am very impressed. I will recommend it to my friends and if I go to Torino next time, I will definitely stay in your hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality

Our recent experience at this establishment in August 2023 was extremely disappointing. For a long time, I had this place on a list to show my mother when she visited me in Geneva. Despite its visually appealing decor, the service left much to be desired when we went. There was a noticeable issue with one of the staff members, an elderly lady who seemed to be in a managerial role. Unfortunately, her demeanor was far from welcoming, and she came across as abrupt, unprofessional and rude. It was disheartening to see someone who appeared to be in a leadership position behaving this way, as it undoubtedly affects the overall perception of the establishment. One incident that particularly stood out was when I was asked to settle the bill -- while seated and eating -- before I had finished my meal at my table. This was not only surprising but also felt quite insulting. What was even more disheartening was that she treated other customers differently, offering them complimentary gifts while my mother and I were overlooked. As an ethnic minority customer, this stood out. Yes, it is about race sometimes. Additionally, during our visit, there was an ongoing issue with staff members carrying dustbins in front of us to their external trash cans at the back. This was quite revolting and disruptive to our dining experience. It's important for an establishment to maintain a certain level of courtesy and professionalism, even if they are closing soon. Furthermore, there was an issue with bees swarming around the pastries, which was quite unappetizing. It would be advisable for the establishment to consider implementing solutions such as using fans to deter these pests. She said, she can't do anything''. Overall, my visit was marred by these issues, and I hope that the establishment can address them to provide a better experience for future customers. ----- Notre expérience récente dans cet établissement en août 2023 a été extrêmement décevante. Depuis longtemps, j'avais inscrit cet endroit sur ma liste pour le faire découvrir à ma mère lorsqu'elle est venue me rendre visite à Genève. Malgré une décoration visuellement attrayante, le service laissait beaucoup à désirer lors de notre visite. Il y avait un problème notable avec l'un des membres du personnel, une dame âgée qui semblait occuper un poste de gestionnaire. Malheureusement, son comportement était loin d'être accueillant, et elle donnait l'impression d'être brusque, non professionnelle et impolie. C'était désolant de voir quelqu'un qui semblait occuper une position de leadership se comporter de cette manière, car cela affecte incontestablement la perception générale de l'établissement. Un incident en particulier m'a particulièrement marqué : on m'a demandé de régler l'addition, alors que j'étais assis et en train de manger, avant même que je n'aie terminé mon repas à ma table. Cela a été non seulement surprenant, mais cela a également été ressenti comme une insulte. Ce qui était encore plus désolant, c'est qu'elle traitait différemment les autres clients, leur offrant des cadeaux gratuits tandis que ma mère et moi étions négligés. En tant que client appartenant à une minorité ethnique, cela a particulièrement attiré mon attention. Oui, il s'agit parfois de discrimination raciale. De plus, lors de notre visite, il y avait un problème continu avec les membres du personnel transportant des poubelles devant nous jusqu'à leurs conteneurs de déchets à l'arrière. C'était assez révoltant et perturbant pour notre expérience de repas. Il est important pour un établissement de maintenir un certain niveau de courtoisie et de professionnalisme, même s'ils ferment bientôt. De plus, il y avait un problème avec des abeilles qui bourdonnaient autour des pâtisseries, ce qui était assez peu appétissant. Il serait conseillé à l'établissement de envisager des solutions telles que l'utilisation de ventilateurs pour dissuader ces nuisibles. Cependant, la réponse reçue était que rien ne pouvait être fait. Dans l'ensemble, ma visite a été ternie par ces problèmes
