06-28-2023 12:37Just returned my rental vehicle 3 days ago. Getting to the rental area was no problem. Just read the signs(French side of airport). The staff were cordial and tried to get us to upgrade or add more coverage(every rental company does this so don’t take it personal). Car was excellent and went with the full coverage. If you’re used of driving in Europe don’t take full coverage, but if not have the peace of mind to be fully covered. Returning the car was easy thanks to email with exact GPS location. Will definitely rent again with this company.

Bis ich im Nachhinein bei der Kreditkartenabrechnung gemerkt habe dass mir eine zusätzliche Versicherung untergeschoben wurde über die ich bei Anmietung überhaupt nicht informiert wurde. Im Mietvertrag konnte ich die zusätzlichen Kosten nicht erkennen weil dort nicht der Betrag stand, den ich an einen Vermittler bezahlt hatte. Alles sehr verwirrend und meiner Meinung mit System. Also Vorsicht und aktiv nach zusätzlichen Kosten fragen!
