09-09-2023 18:35We chose this little spot as the name seemed descriptive of what we wanted to eat. It did not disappoint. The place is quite small but has outside seating. We would have liked an English menu but the man at the counter whipped out his phone and offered to translate the menu for us. It was quite easy to figure out on our own, the menu layout is very straightforward. (Two of our party have food allergies, and the waiter took care to communicate with the cook to confirm what we were consuming.) The presentation was a cut above, with three condiments drizzled around the slate platter. The fries were lightly seasoned, and outstanding. The beef and the chicken burger had just the right amount of toppings and seasoning, and both were juicy. I don't know where the buns come from, they were lightly seemed and superior. These guys are serious about pleasing their customers. Give it a try.

04-11-2023 22:01A small burger place in the tourist zone with a lot of personality! It’s got a very southern American vibe. They even have little cacti center pieces which adds to the ambiance. Are you a tourist from southern USA or South America and are feeling a little home sick? Well, this is a place for you. The decorations remind me a lot of South USA (Texas/New Mexico) but it also has a vibe of the lively corner restaurants in South America due to the music playing and parts of the style. Lots of burger choices including chicken and steak, though it would be good to add some vegan/vegetarian choices. I had the Kentucky burger and enjoyed it. They serve your plate with different sauces which is nice. I have not seen many Mexican/Southern USA restaurants in Marseille live up to that vibe but this place has captured it. A good place to get a nice burger if you want to avoid the common chain restaurants like McDonalds and Burger King. If you’re craving a burger and are in the Vieux Port/Panier area, and feel like going to a unique little place rather than the big chains, this is the place you’re looking for! It’s right at the top of the stairs that lead up to Hotel Dieu. The waiter/cook is very friendly. They also have coffee and desserts!
