Un emplacement idéal pour les déplacements rapides. Un super accueil par l’ensemble du personnel et la chambre propre et rénovée. Cet hôtel est parfait pour un passage sur Nice.

The positive thing about this hotel is the location. Very central for train travellers. The room on the fifth floor (no elevator) was small but clean, however there was an unpleasant smell wafting from the bathroom. The bathroom was small, if you want you can use the toilet and shower at the same time. There are no shelves and hooks. Air conditioning works perfectly. French TV only. The wifi didn't reach the room! The hallway / stairwell urgently needs to be renovated!

The staff was super helpful if not mildly confused when I arrived, as I booked online. Things were quickly sorted, and I was given the hotel rundown and my key. I booked a single room with a single bed, which was small but clean. The cleaning staff was efficient. There have been some recent renos, which is a plus for such an old building. The view from my room was...unpleasant, but I requested the quiet side of the building, which backs on to building ventilation and what looks like a derelict building next door...about 3 meters away. I closed the drapes, and it was fine as I was out most of the day. But if you're squeamish, ask for a streetside room. Great, if you just need a place to crash, shower, and store your things. Could have used another towel and a place to hang the towel. The shower is close to the toilet and gets wet when you use the shower. Plan ahead and don'tleave the toiletpaper or towels in the bathroom while showering! The bathroom is spacious. Air conditioning was super quiet and efficient. It was close to the train station, tram, good restaurants, shopping, and the sights of Nice. Overall, it is a decent location for an affordable price.
