I cancelled my reservation within the designated cancellation period so I could receive a full refund. It’s been over 7 weeks and I haven’t received my refund. I’ve called and emailed multiple times and been given the run around I’ve been perfectly polite every time I talk to them and there’s proof because they record their phone calls but I have not received any of my refund.

I would love to give them a higher rating, I really would. The location is fantastic, the common room is gorgeous, and the bunks are nice and private. However, I just can't justify giving more than two stars in light of my stay, and the 100's of dollars I am out due to lack of knowledge of the staff. Shortly before checking in, I was made aware that my stay would need to be shortened. So before checking in I asked the front desk if it would be possible to change my booking, when I was told I would have to wait to talk to the manager the next day. Since it was late, and I had been driving all day, I checked in and went to bed. Well, the manager was not there the next day, nor could I find them the next before I left for work. Upon my return I was told that they couldn't change my booking at all, and it would have to be done through the website I found the rooms on. Spent a couple hours calling and talking to their customer service reps before I was told that *they* couldn't change my booking either. So I fins the managers email, and ask them what's up. Turns out, you can't change your booking *at all* once you've checked in - a fact the concierge conveniently neglected to tell me *on the very first night*. So now I am being charged for a room I am no longer using, that they can book someone else into, and charge *them* as well. Overall, I am very unhappy with the service I received at this hostel.

The unit we rented was not as advertised. The pull out couch was dirty. The second “bedroom” was more like a closet with only enough room for the bunk bed and nothing else. The stairwells and hallways had carpets full of stains and smelled like a combination of urine and marijuana. We were told that street parking was available for free from 9 pm-9 am, had their front desk agent watch us park and unload our vehicle without saying a word, and then woke up at 8 am to our vehicle having been towed with a $443.00 ticket on it. After several hours and multiple calls requesting to cancel our remaining three nights, the Parc Ave staff authorized our cancellation over the phone advising that we would receive a refund for 3 of our 4 nights. They failed to provide the refund equal to approximately $1362.00 and have now declined it through Expedia which is how we booked our stay. Fraud/theft/not sure what you want to call it, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are beyond rude to their customers and absolutely refused to provide any sort of explanation or update to our request, nor would anyone call us back or send an email after multiple calls. Stay away from Parc Ave Lofts. An absolute joke of a company and should be ashamed of their actions.

Terrible Experience Regrettably, my stay at Parc Avenue Lofts was far from impressive considering the amount we paid(luxury, a joke). The various issues I encountered decidedly marred my experience; the most notable dissatisfaction stemmed from the level of the staff's customer service. Despite their roles in hospitality, the team seemed uninformed and disengaged, lacking the professional courtesy and warm reception typically expected from a boutique hotel. The manager Brian was extremely rude on the phone and seemed to have 0 knowledge of hospitality or customer service. Moreover, the health and cleanliness standards left much to be desired. It was evident that proper cleaning protocols hadn't been met. Stains all over the couches, this place seems to have been neglected for months. While I chose Parc avenue lofts for its boutique charm, I was unfortunately met with an experience that felt more distasteful than delightful.

Started off on a bad note, did not receive my code despite 2 emails requesting how do I access building. Says 24 hour front desk, not true. Got there the place was locked and dark, no number on door to call. Rescued by a staff member who showed up for work and helped us get in. Room was good and clean, but if you are facing Parc Avenue it is very noisy. Last there is no elevator, the stairs are bit steep and no handrails. Overall a fantastic location, but very busy street.

This place is a SCAM DON'T BOOK, they let us book a room that doesn't even exist. They charged for the booking and for the deposit, they even sent a confirmation email on the day of the booking. When we arrived they almost didn't pick up the phone and when they did it was to tell us that our room had had a leak and we couldn't access it and that there was nothing they could do to help us find accomodation (it was already midnight and everything else in the city was booked or twice as expensive since it's summer and it was a weekend). They just said they'll send us the refund but on the Google reviews said that most times they don't issue refunds and just keep the money, we were lucky we booked through a booking website and they made sure we got our money back but I'm quite sure this place would have stolen our full money otherwise.

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip, and it functioned well for what we needed for 14 girls. We were a little cramped in the living area and not everyone could fit at the kitchen table, but the speakeasy added a lot of extra space, which was good. What went well: Everything was pretty clean including the beds and bathrooms. Good water pressure, and the water stayed hot for all of us showering. The speakeasy was beautiful and big enough for all of us and air conditioned well. There were plenty of glasses/wine glasses for drinking and the ice maker was a nice plus. The front desk was very responsive when we needed more toilet paper. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location - right in Miles End by lots of yummy food places. What could be improved: There was no AC in the 2 upstairs bedrooms which made for hot nights in the summer. There was a fan, but it was still hot. It would have been nice to have information on how to park for free listed somewhere on the guest portal so that we knew ahead of time where to park when we got there. That was stressful when we got there and had to figure out where our 4 cars should park. The ice maker was moldy when we got there so we had to thoroughly clean it to use it. They could add a sheet pan, serving utensils and bowls, extra paper towels to the kitchen considering 16 people can theoretically fit there.
