They helped me to fix my Google pixel 6a phone. The workers are very kind.

I got here at 11 am, the person Hoda told me my brother hone will be ready in 1 hr, I came back 1 hr later, she still did not start on the phone. When she started she made it worst that originally. Then she asked me to pay for the part which is a used one . Unbelievable bad service. Wasting my time it is now 1330 still not repaired. I will not recommend this shop to anyone

Run away! My cell phone indicated I had no service, but everything else was working fine. Klinik Mobile opened my cell phone to check if all the connections were correct and if necessary change the SIM card reader, a supposedly common problem with Samsung S21. Results: all my photos, videos, applications have been deleted, and my motherboard no longer works! I took my cell phone to Samsung: irreparable! The manager of Klinik Mobile maintained that he had not opened the phone (!!!) and that the only thing he could do was change the USB connector free of charge (!!!), and that my motherboard was defective before I gave them my cell phone (!!!). The manager is knowingly lying and is not offering to compensate me for destroying my memories and my 1000$ cellphone. Totally unprofessional and no empathy at all! I'm going to file a complaint to small claims right away. Run away from Klinic Mobile at Fairview!

just ok. i brought my cell in for repair strange they did not have a procedure to give me a certificate or something stating that dropped off my 1k$ phone with them. Just come back and get it.. you dont need a paper ??????

Saddened by the untimely loss of my Samsung A21! The cost of the repair exceeds the value of replacement. Thank you Stephane for making time to assess the problem. Greatly appreciate it!

Problem solved!... very fast! Great service!

I showed-up with no appointment, and two phones that wouldn't charge. I was ready to have the charging ports changed, but the kind people behind the counter informed me that the port might just be dirty. They promptly cleaned-out the ports, and now I have two fully functioning phones. They know what they're doing at Mobile Klick.

Great place to get your phone fixed! We got helped by Baraa on an early Saturday morning. He was super helpful, extremely patient and respectful. He gave us a clear deadline so we could go on with our shopping and come back to pick up the phone. 100% recommand this place!
