09-21-2023 06:19Employees in the changing room need more training in customer service. There is always this one girl I encounter that always has a stiff face and cannot smile to customers for the life of her. When I encounter her in the changing room she always gives me an attitude when I speak in English. The reason for reviewing this store is because I wanted to try on knee high boots along with a skirt in the changing room but was denied due to their “policy”. After explaining to the employee that I was unable to try to the boots outside the changing room as I am wearing a flared jeans and that I couldn’t purchase and return the boots as they are on final sale. She still insisted on no shoes in the changing room without even trying to listen or understand that a customer is trying to purchase a product that fits them. I love Hu0026M but I’m sick of the attitude I get from people working in the fitting room. I worked in customer service and know when a person just doesn’t even want to try to be pleasant. Very incompetent staff.

08-01-2023 10:03Worst Hu0026M store ever. Rude staff, horrible service. It’s always the same situation. Long line at cash, main floor. Employee tell all the customers to go downstairs basement floor to go pay. Like you can’t put more staff at the cash registers but instead tell the paying customer to go. This isn’t the first time it happen. This is the third time I been to this location and it’s always the same. Long line at cash register. Poor management team.

06-14-2023 19:39I would not recommend this store for Americans to shop. It was my first trip to an Hu0026M store outside the United States, and it was a disaster. I had one dress that I removed from the hanger and folded for the cashier. Paid for the dress, and she handed me the dress and receit. When I asked for a bag, she put the dress in the bag and threw the bag at me. She was lucky that I was on my way to a spa appointment and could not make a fuss. Already contacted Hu0026M headquarters to report the incident. If you are frustrated with your life, do something about it, but do not take it on others. Find a job that does not deal with the public.

04-30-2023 10:04DONT ORDER ONLINE!! My experience buying here online was the worst. I bought a couple items online and they took one week to be delivered. When I received the notification of the delivery my package was nowhere’s to be found. I called customer service and they told me that the package had to return to the warehouse and that they didn't know the reason so that I will receive a refund and I can reorder if i want. As soon as I wanted to reorder my item was SOLD OUT. WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS?

04-29-2023 09:47Large Hu0026M but I had a very bad experience. The item I wanted to purchase was the only one left for the size. However as I was trying to check out, the cashier could not remove the magnetic/ink tag that was attached to the clothe. They tried and tried and tried, banging the tag on the table which was quite embarrassing for both the staff and myself as there was a long line. And then at the end, even with the manager there, I was just told that I couldn’t purchase the item. After all the wait (checkout line was long) and embarrassment— I left without the item. Surely, there must be a way to remove them without just keep banging and trying the same thing over and over? There must have been a contingency method? What a waste of time and a disappointment. I do appreciate the attempts and the help from the cashier, but how come a major store such as this lacked technical competence to remove a basic magnetic ink tag?

04-25-2023 08:42The girl at the cash wouldnt refund me as the item I purchased ripped as I was trying it at home. The sewing completly came off so easily. They said it was their policy but clearly the item was faulty. I called tje customer service and they said they could refund me no problem. Wouldn't recommend going to Hu0026M its pretty trash

02-28-2023 20:25It’s was only 11:30 am and the store was like a mess inside… clothes on the ground and some shelves were empty or disordered … And their waiting line for checking out was very very long and their staffs are like exhausted and work kind of slow, I’ve even been asked to go down stair , to the men’s floor , for checking out my stuffs since the waiting line was too long… hope they can find a better to organize their shop… :/
