07-13-2023 13:44I thought replacing my floor would be a pain. Wrong. I am 120% satisfied. Anthony was my sales rep, he is amazing. Fast replies, super helpful and even squeezed in my flooring before I leave the province for work. The floor delivery team were super nice and are so accommodating. The installer was amazing. Meticulous work, super clean and ridiculously nice. He even asked if I would mind if he put a water bottle in my fridge. When the installer removed the trim underneath my kitchen cabinet, it wasn’t re-usable as they are typical condo cheap cabinets, he went to a supply store and purchased some trim to fix it. He also did my entire condo in two days, so impressed. Cannot recommend this place enough. Completely pain free renovation! I also shopped around, and they have the best prices by far, for quality work.
