I have been a client of Headquarters for many years and would highly recommend their services. We have used Headquarters' services for personal, corporate and bookkeeping services. Kellie and her team are very professional and knowledgeable with accounting and tax. They're always very helpful and prompt whenever you have questions.

I highly recommend Headquarters bookkeeping and tax! They’re a great team that offer valuable advice and amazing client satisfaction! A great asset to a small-medium sized business owner specializing in people and corporate accounts that are behind in their taxes.

Would not recommend. This establishment demonstrated inconsistent and poor quality communication and had to be continually prompted for relevant support related to paid services. We experienced poor service levels from the principals which included patronizing issue resolution. Our decision to leave was confirmed following incomplete work for services paid. Tax forms were not submitted despite being told and we are still resolving issues caused from our time spend with HQ. Our experience was one I would NOT recommend or repeat.

For anyone currently using, or thinking of using HQ for their business bookkeeping and tax filing services ... BEWARE. I used Headquarters for my bookkeeping and business tax filing for my 2 profitable businesses for the past 3 years. When my profit/loss statements were continually coming up with thousands of dollars in un-deposited funds I started to dig deeper. I chose to move forward without HQ, hiring a new bookkeeping/accounting firm. You would think that they would be able to pick up the pieces with relative ease. This has not been the case. I have had to spend a significant amount of time and money just to get my books back in order. I am now paying a new bookkeeper to re-do my books from the beginning of 2015. In this process a number of errors have been identified which significantly affect my SH loan, and business expenses. I've had 2 other bookkeepers and an accountant look over - and eventually re-do ALL 3 years of data, which I had paid Headquarters thousands of dollars to do. EVERYTHING was done incorrectly... Bank reconciliations entered incorrectly, omitted and duplicated transactions... even simple daily transactions were entered in error ... I could go on and on. As a client of HQ I provided all of my data in an orderly fashion, and I paid HQ on time and as requested. I am asking myself, what did I pay for, and now why I am paying someone else to do it again? I contacted the owner (Kellie) and Mary who was doing my books to inform them of this, and they took zero responsibility for anything. No explanation for the errors, not even an apology that I had to have ALL of my books re-done after trusting them for 3 years. They are completely unprofessional, incompetent and are NOT to be trusted with your businesses bookkeeping and tax filing As a business owner I am appalled by all of this. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB, and take legal action against them. BUYER BEWARE - They will take your money and make a complete mess of your businesses financial statements, banking and tax filing. Do not make the mistake of hiring this company.

My husband has had his own business for years. His books have never been in order. His mind is built for creativity, not number crunching and organizing. When we met with Kellie at Headquarters for the first time, we were instantly put at ease with her confidence and non-judging yet efficient attitude. She was there to get the job done and make it as easy and painless as possible. Thank-you, Kellie and Headquarters!

Head quarters is the worst accountant firm I have dealt with ! They lack communication skills in every way. They over charge for everything they do even when they process everything incorrectly. Kellie (owner) is never in the office and it is dreadful process to communicate with her. The business is being ran by her best friend Mary Power and Mary's husband Tim who are completely and utterly incompetent's in they're rolls. If you ask Tim any question he either has no clue how to answer the question or just simply passes the ball over to Mary. Mary forgets things a lot time as she disclossed often its because she deals with 100's clients at a time leaving most high and dry. After being with HQ for a year they over saw that they have been reporting my company's name wrong and I pointed it out after I applied for CEBA 6 times and getting rejected for that reason, they filed my 2020 year end completely incorrectly. I now have a new accountant who has reviewed everything and trying to unravel the mess they have done. In less than a year I have spent over than 10 k with them. They are quick to submit invoices to you but they cant be bothered to correctly submit information to CRA. When you comment on they're service and there lack of communication instead of assuming responsibility they quickly go into offence and blame the client. Yes I admit I lost my temper with Tim over the phone. After asking him a list of questions with no way of properly answering me I lost my cool ad cursed at him . I later apologized to him for that but no one in they're office apologized for the mess up they did with my companies name. No one in they're office apologized that my business almost lost out on a very needed CEBA loan due to they're HUGE over sight. Im sure Kellie will come on here and try to defend her firm instead of assuming responsibility this only will prove my statement. As long as they keep operating this way I suggest that everyone stays away from them.

Had my personal taxes done last year with them got a refund. Was a minor hiccup where I never received a letter and ended up having a balance owing, but after emailing Mary she had handled the issue promptly and professionally.
