10-24-2023 10:25The worst shopping experience I've ever had, we traveled all the way from Barrie to shop as Levis is one of my wife's favorite store, my wife asked an employee for assistance with finding a shirt size, you could tell the employee was not interested in doing this. She eventually found the size my wife requested and literally threw the t shirt at my wife, my wife called her out on throwing the shirt and threw the shirt right back at the employee, the employee then began causing a big scene in the store and started to be verbally abusive!! my wife told her/the Manager that's unacceptable as my wife is a Manager at a retail store and exchanged words with the angry employee...... The employee then charged at my Pregnant wife as if she was going to fight her as the entire staff in the store watched in shock, not to mention our 8-3yr old sons where with us, we left the store and I have not been successful in getting a call back from the store in regards to the incident as I'm sure the store has cameras, in my opinion that employee should be fired!!! There should be a zero tolerance for that type of behaviour.. This incident took place on June 30th around 2-4pm

10-15-2023 13:55Went into the Levi store at 8:00 this evening after driving after work from welland to be informed that the change rooms are closed ,and it’s a “safety issue “. Absolutely rediculious and unacceptable. There was no one in the store what so ever besides my daughter and I. Two female employees at the front counter.

06-06-2023 13:03Not a good customer service experience. All employees were talking about their personal lives and plans to party downtown in St. Catharines, talking about where they wanted to park and go out to drink. Didn’t ask my girlfriend once if her sizes were ok, if she needed anything, etc. they were to interested in their night plans. Yelled at us about going into the change room (that’s fine if it’s your policy but there are more polite ways to state that).

05-31-2023 17:38I got some jeans for my husband today. They had awesome deals (50%)). The girls at the cashier were really nice as they informed me about the deal which made me grab another pair. They were so friendly and smiling although it was the end of the day. I was honestly so tired with a crying baby and they were super nice to us which made my day better. Thank you

03-28-2023 06:53Jenson wouldn't answer any of my family's questions (we're Indian) -- he was just dismissive and kept trying to rush us into purchasing multiple pairs of jeans by emphasizing what a good deal it was. He seemed like he was holding back exasperation when we'd ask for help with our sizes. We were shopping at 1pm on a weekday, so there were only 2 other people working there -- the lady at the door and a guy by the fitting rooms. Since they were busy, we could only ask him for assistance. However, a white family came in after us and asked similar questions (just general stuff about sizing and why the dark washes were stiffer than the light washes. BTW, a chemical from dark washes makes cloth stiffer; light washes don't have this chemical, so they stay soft. Source: an employee at a different location). He took his time with them u0026 didn't emphasize that they were getting a good deal (I'm not sure why this last part bothers me so much). He was more patient with them, too. He even helped them sort through the shelves for their size. He didn't do that with us -- he just kept pointing to the different sections and telling us to keep looking while was scrolling through Instagram. Unfortunately, none of the jeans fit properly, so we'll have to have the ones without the tags altered and return the ones in original condition. You'll want to go a size or two down when you purchase jeans at Levi's -- the material is incredibly stretchy. Just wearing them for a few hours will stretch them out, as we've learned. I imagine washing them would make them would make matters worst.

03-10-2023 13:10Great store, great deals, but the guy they had working the door today thinks that letting in half of a couple will keep the line moving, and make your shopping experience better. No, breaking apart a couple does nothing to move the line, and it makes my shopping experience worse because I'm separated from my wife.
