I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Best Buy employee Dea. As I have just logged in here, there are many things that I cannot express clearly. However, Dea is very responsible in helping me and trying to find what I need as much as possible. I just want to say that you did a great job, Dea. Thank you very much for giving me a pleasant shopping experience.

Please newer pay for any regular or extended warranty in this store, they doesn't not cover anything! The staff just lied and when the time comes to the warranty, they not even takes a item, sent me to Samsung! The duty manager, Peter, not really knows what he does, said to me to call warranty service and to ho online tried himself and did not completed the claim. Very unfriendly and not professional people, I newer will come back to this store! Totally not recommend to everyone!

Ordered open box 58”tv at around $350 but got cancelled from Seller with nonsense reason (out of delivery capability). Call customer service to claim the same price at any 58” tv but i was told that it wasn’t their fault but the seller. I felt like i got fraudulent, lies, untrustworthy company. Bought the tv mount from this tv at the same shipment and it was delivered as useless part.

Best Buy does not honor warranties unless you pay extra. Anything more than 30 days and you're screwed. It doesn't matter if there's a one year warranty from the manufacture, you're on your own.
