09-13-2023 07:54Do not buy from TOTO ELECTRONICS, they do not stand by their products I bought an icemaker which I'm sure none of them work, and will not refund the purchase price, this is not posted anywhere and could not be proven. Customer service is lacking. Save yourself the trouble of saving a few dollars and just buy from somewhere reputable. They aren't even worthy of 1 star.

06-07-2023 11:14They posted a tv on Kijiji, the Ad said it was 120 HZ. I contacted them and they delivered the Tv . I quickly realized it was only 60 HZ. I called them and they would not refund me OR give me the tv I bought. They did nothing to make it right and it left me feeling like I was completely ripped off. I honestly have never had such a bad experience with a company. I highly recommend NEVER going here.
