The customer service and employee expertise at Leon’s was wonderful! The only critique is that customers should be given more information and guidance about how to/what to specifically measure for before purchasing large items. This may prevent customers from having to re-select an item when the first choice doesn’t fit in their home. Otherwise, Leon’s is amazing!

My wife went into Leon’s looking for some furniture and a TV. Having tried places like the brick our expectations were not high at all. However we were pleasantly surprised! Himanshu and Prince were amazing! They handled all the questions and difficulties swiftly and decisively, they knew their products and services and they went above and beyond with their service! We will be back in the future, it’s hard to find good service and now that we have we will take advantage. Thanks for everything guys!

Worst Customer Service ever. All of their product was faulty, moreover, when I reviewed their product on their website, they didn't even publish it. I ordered a bedset. One of the drawers for the dresser was warped, the back layer of the mirror was coming off, 2 huge cracks on the legboard and headboard, slats were broken. They offered me the replacement but asked me to disassemble the old bed for them so that they could take it back and deliver the new one which I also have to assemble. It's not my fault that their products were faulty then why would I disassemble (which they asked me to assemble the faulty bed so that I could use it for now, otherwise I would not do it given that I knew I had to give it back to them)and assemble the new one? Also while assembling their product my infant got injured. In exchange what they offered is $100 compensation for disassembling and assembling the bedset. I was also told since the bedset I bought was on sale that's why they couldn't do anything more than that. What a policy! Just to let you know even after the sale, my whole order was more than $3500. Not just that, their technician came to see the faulty drawer and he said he would order a new one. I called them after 10 days of the technician visit and got to know that the order was not placed. Wow! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Edit: so when we went to the store to talk about the issues, they increased the compensation from $100 to $200. Still won't be recommending anyone. So much hassle to handle.

Leon's is a large famous Furniture Store having a wide range of Beds,Sofa,Dining Tables,Chairs,Almirah,rugs n mats,other home furnishings,office furniture,Electronics Home Appliances, etc. Staff is experienced and helpful. Prices are a bit high when compared with market competitors. Observed difference in Bed dimensions ( Image on web vs. Actual on display). Good place to visit while planning to purchase furniture and furnishings.

Got the fridge we wanted at a decent price. Ours died unexpectedly last Sunday evening so we bought on Monday morning. Arranged for delivery and they were able to deliver on Friday morning (today) so it has all worked out. Only issue was that someone from Leon’s called my number yesterday and left a message but I could NOT understand a word she said. I still don’t know what she was calling about, I assume it was to remind me of the delivery date? Other than that, the entire process went smoothly and I recommend anyone to deal with Madelyn when purchasing appliances.

I shopped and purchased a Recliner for $999 plus tax in July with free delivery. It wasn't real leather. In August the price dropped $300 dollars. So I went back in and they refunded $374 including tax with price match guarantee. Now in October the chair finally came in and they called and said I owe them $40 dollars because they refunded too much. I agreed and said fine, even though it was their error, I will pay the $40 dollars. I then asked when can I arrange delivery? She says, oh because we price matched there is no more free delivery. Delivery is $55 plus tax. Umm what? Thats not fair. So now you want $40 dollars plus $55? I said forget it. I went in and canceled the order. On the way out I saw a real leather recliner for $999, the same as the original price. So I just went online and ordered it and it came with free delivery!

Our first mistake was walking into this store on Boxing Day looking to purchase over 4 rooms of furniture. We only ended up purchasing a couch and love seat as nothing else was appealing initially. Thought we ordered it, left the paperwork in my vehicle for over 2 months as we were re-locating until delivery. On the delivery day the completely incorrect style and colour of couch showed up and the left recliner also did not work at all. (See picture brown couches) When I called the day of delivery I was told that the lady remembered me and that I had ok’d the colour and that style (which I had not) then was told no returns; and there was nothing they could do about the broken recliner or the wrong style and colour of couch. Beyond frustrated, discussing with family every time the came over and some time went by of us trying to get use to the couches as we were told we couldn’t return, until one day when I decided to email. My email was received by a manager and his name is Dion Izer. Dion listened to me and ordered the correct couches, told me I would only be able to have store credit for the difference; which initially I was ok with hoping Dion would make this all right and I would be able to happily purchase more furniture from this store and this would be a one off situation. Our new couches arrived and were delivered to our house but with only one set of legs… When I called Leon’s following the second delivery and inquired about legs I was told that they could be ordered, but unsure how long they take. (Wait number 2) I then drove to Regina to pick up “free legs” for my couch to use temporarily and when I got there I saw how tall and thick they were compared to the original ones and refused them. When I inquired if I could take the floor model ones I was told no because they wouldn’t be able to sell the couch on the floor with the wrong legs. An unfortunate example of a franchise who is only worried about future buyers not the current unhappy ones. After discussing that I would not be buying from Leon’s again following both of these experiences I demanded the difference of the couches to be reimbursed onto my original card ($700+), which was completed; however I would proceed with caution before purchasing anything here as the store employees are not able to help you with any requests promptly or efficiently. The only employee who is worth discussing with is Dion and even he is unable to provide immediate solutions. Now I will be waiting for the legs to come in for nobody knows how long and I will not be back to spend any more money at Leon’s and I will be sure to tell everyone about my horrible experience. I would also like to note that we purchased furniture from 4 different retailers from Regina/Weyburn/ Estevan and only Leon’s has been this difficult and horrible to deal with! Proceed with caution
