Me and my baby got stuck on the city longer than expected and my husband booked us a room online to stay so we don’t have to drive home in the dark. The desk worker was short and snappy the second we walked in and ended up turning us away. We always choose sandman for our short term stays and love them but this was absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Heard that lady snapping at other customers after me as well. Had better experiences at cheap motels. Absolutely do not recommend.
