10-21-2023 06:41Nice hotel with decent rooms. Very comfortable beds and the staff is very attentive and helps wherever they can. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Location is a bit out of everything. Not much around. You need a car to get to places. Or willing to walk for 15-20 mins to Sunridge Mall or the close by shops. The breakfast could be much better. Had it twice and did not really delivering value for money. One positive - the coffee in the lobby is very good. Enjoyed the stay and would return.

10-19-2023 04:17It’s a great location with lots of amenities nearby! Coffee at McDonald’s or Tim hortons steps away. It’s a tired hotel, don’t get a king bed! The don’t have fitted sheets for them. If you are a aggressive sleeper you end up waking up in a knot. Great bar/restaurant. Good food and great spot to watch a game! It’s an okay place to stay. Nice that they have underground parking, epically in the Calgary winters!!

10-17-2023 22:30We are paying big $$ for a suite with a sofa bed and jetted tub. The suite is sterile, no art and no character, and has a hospital room vibe. It's clearly unfinished. The furniture is old and cracked. The AC unit in the master wheezes and rattles like it's 30 yr old. The sofa bed came with no bedding. When I requested bedding, they brought a cot. An hour later, I still have no bedding, and was told we can't get a comforter due to high demand, so instead they offered two scratchy blankets. *Edit, the bedding just arrived and I have to put it on.* Tried to order room service to eat while we wait - no luck there either. Called 3x, and no answer. The service here is not on par with the Sheraton/Marriott Bonvoy we're used to. I wouldn't invest again - there are many other hotels in the area. The Ramada we stayed at earlier on our trip was half the price with much better service - and an already made sofa bed. 😊

10-14-2023 03:57Hi! We spent the evening here before our 6am flight back to Winnipeg here. Very impressed with the level of service and quality of room. The shuttle was full to get to the airport, and the gentleman at the front organized a taxi voucher for us at 4am to get us there promptly. We really appreciated that! Only down fall is it’s not exactly next to the airport, 15 minute drive, although it has the word airport in the name, it’s definitely not next door / walkable

09-14-2023 14:25Descent hotel with a full-service restaurant. The hotel offers a complementary buffet breakfast with some room rate. The buffet was mediocre at best. The food from the menu was better than the buffet. The room were nice and comfortable. For a hotel that says it is an airport location, I would it was a longer distance from the airport than I would have expected.

08-04-2023 11:11Clean rooms, well stocked and affordable. Convenient location if you’re flying in. Staff could have been more on the spot but they were friendly and as helpful as could be expected for this price point. Food at the restaurant was just okay. Will use again. 06-05-2023 22:45Me and my family decided to stay here for one night and usually I don’t even ever really write reviews but oh boy is it worth it for me to write this, Our first hotel room we went too had a broken lock and we understood and went to another hotel room only to find out even that one had a broken lock when we asked them what we could do they said it’s an easy fix and they could fix it in 30 minutes yet it took the worked an hour to come with the resolution that he couldn’t fix it today and when we told them what now they said there wasn’t much they could do. Horrible experience highly do not recommend.

04-08-2023 18:32What differentiates one hotel from another? I know you are thinking about the price, and that is an important component. The other difference is what the hotel does when something goes wrong. I went down to the front desk to pickup my skip-the-dishes order. I asked the front desk where my order is and he stared at me blankly and started to look around the desk and under things. Me? I think someone else is enjoying my fabulously expensive meal. Then fate dropped by. His cohort was listening to our conversation, and she jumped in. She said that because the hotels are very close, sometimes skip-the-dishes delivers to the other hotel. She asked for my room number and then ran over to another hotel before I could say anything. She comes running back, saving our order and our dinner. This is great customer service. It may be a few more shekels, but it's worth it.
