Shoppers Drug Mart

If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner had an appointment with the doctor in the same building at 9:45am. We got to Shoppers at 9:35 to pick up her vaccine and the pharmacist technician told us they never received the paperwork even though it was from weeks ago. We gave her the name and birthdate. She insisted it was lost because my partner had a different last name from her account 11 years ago. What? The pharmacy tech didn’t even know if they had it and told us we might have to go across the street! We then waited 35 minutes for the vaccine and they didn’t want to give it to us without a consult. Worst service ever. I would not trust them with my prescriptions or my health. The entire ordeal took a full hour. At 10:45 we finally got into the doctor with the vaccine, with another appointment scheduled for 11am. They set us back with their incompetence and lack of care.

Said my meds would be ready in 5 minutes but 30 minutes still waiting. Terrible service, why did I decide to come here is beyond me. If you need time at least be honest and don’t have sick people wait around for nothing.
