Dollar Tree

The store is always very clean, aisles are easy to shop in, their selection is vast in comparison to other stores, and they always have plenty of cashiers working. It's my favorite Dollar Tree location out of all of them in the Windsor area to shop in :)

Good store. But aisles are bit cluttered. Would NOT be wheelchair friendly unfortunately. Good for everyday needs. Front door window was totally shattered it should be covered TOTALLY by cardboard. They did have signs about it but was not totally covered properly.

Great variety, great prices. Always adding new inventory and selection. Large store to find something you want for everyone!

Great store. My complaint is Valerie she interrupts other employees while they are assisting she has terrible customer service skills and an arrogance to her. I have witnessed Valerie be rude too many times.

Went in today to grab some stuff for my classroom. I was looking for bins for cubbies and asked if they had any in the back because there wasn’t enough on the floor. The lady told me she didn’t know what was in the back but refused to go look for me. I also had something to exchange since I had boughten bins previously and they didn’t fit so was going to use that towards my new purchase , was told it was at another location so not aloud. Even though the receipt doesn’t say anything about that and there is the exact same ones there. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. WOULD RATHER GO TO DOLLARAMA AND PAY A LITTLE EXTRA FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No sense of customer service. I wanted to exchange items I purchased from another store and the manager refused to accept the items. She rather I drive an hour to the store that I originally purchased them from. I decided to go to another dollar tree on Lauzon and Tecumseh and the manager at that store gladly helped me exchange my items without giving me any attitude or sense or doing something wrong!

Very few $ stores are still truly a dollar store, Dollar tree still is a Good Dollar store with wide varierty of selection. The best and surprising price i found was on Hellium baloons. Every other other sells for $4 and above and at Dollar Tree its cheap only $1.13 for baloon 18 and $1.13 for hellium comes to $2.26 total incl taxes. I went there for getting one but buy 2 for $4.5 my girl was so happy to get both of her choices. Loved to go there often and I will give preference over others. Hello Dollar Tree and good buy DollarRama :)

2/24/21 ~ 4:30pm. Acting manager (older woman with a grey pageboy hair cut) is trying to enforce orders that she clearly has not bothered to read. I shop at other locations without issue. She comes out of her office unmasked and hastily slips on a shield but refuses to allow me entry to shop, saying will you pay the fine? I explain that there would be no fine for allowing a medically exempt person to enter and even give her a printout of relevant aspects of the Bylaw, Human Rights Code and The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. She points to an unofficial paragraph saying it is policy for all stores. Clearly not. Also states that they have an asthmatic employee they force to mask. I advise that employee to look at her rights. This unpleasant woman apparently is clueless that she is personally liable for a $500 fine and the store up to $35,000 in small claims court and more if filed with the Human Rights Commissions of Ontario and Canada. They are NOT following Provincial Orders - they are acting illegally. If you have a business licence, you are constrained to protect the rights and freedoms guaranteed by The Charter and by The Canadian Bill of Rights. You will also see, if you read the documents, that neither The Emergency Act nor The Reopening Ontario Act can transgress our Constitutionally protected rights.
