I would like to say thank you to Binder and the entire team at Studio 12 for their exceptional work and flexibility!! My husband and I had our prewedding photos done with studio 12 and Binder suggested some of the most beautiful locations for the shoots as a result our photos turned out beautifully; we have recieved so many compliments. Our wedding photography and videos were also done by Studio 12 and they turned out just as amazing!! I definitely would reccomend Studio 12 just take a look at their work on social media it speaks volumes!! Also, due to Covid restrictions my husband and I had to postpone our wedding dates (we still ended up having a Covid wedding) and Binder was so understanding in accomodating new dates for us which we really appreciate, thank you!! Like I said before Binder and his team's work at studio 12 speaks for itself and I would reccomend them to all those couples looking for a photographer/videographer to capture those memorable moments on their big day and the events leading up to it!!

Booked studio 12 for our indian wedding for both photography and videography. Best decision made. Binder was great from the beginning and very accommodating. We booked extra pre shoots as we were so happy with the quality of the work. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect because of the staff of Studio 12. Our next day edit was perfect and the choices of songs with the work was everything we wished for. Such an amazing experience. Thank you so much Binder and the entire studio 12 team, you all did an amazing job!

Worst experience ruined our wedding video. Paid so much but still didn’t get work delivered. Called them so many times to fix it but they don't even care. Would recommend to never go to them.

I don’t write reviews. They're too time consuming and I shrug off my experience even if it’s bad, but here goes my first one and hopefully it’ll help couples decide which vendors to hire for their special day. My husband and I hired Studio 12 for our wedding as we had quite a few friends who hired them a couple of years ago and had a good experience and quality of product. We were hoping the same, but unfortunately, we didn’t get that. The pre-wedding shoot pictures had too many duplicates and very minimal variety of poses. I couldn’t even make a guest book out of the pre-wedding shoot pictures. During our meet with Binder, we tried addressing this issue, but he simply responded, “at least we gave you 300 pictures.” My husband and I weren’t happy with the response, but we let that one slide as we wanted more attention and quality product for the wedding week pictures and videos. Plus, I’ve booked a photographer for my anniversary shoot to make up for the pre-wedding pictures. The wedding videos were fine, typical stuff you’d expect. The wedding pictures were decent too, but again had too many duplicates which were unnecessary. My favorite pictures were from my reception which was captured by a third-party contractor who wasn’t a part of Studio 12’s team. I wasn’t happy with the next day edit and cinematic story. I’ve seen other photographers make creative and unique shots in the next day edits, but mine was just basic, nothing too special, and wasn’t even 5 minutes long. I still would’ve settled for that, but the most disappointing thing was the song selection placed at the wrong sequence. Studio 12 should’ve reached out to confirm if that was exactly what we wanted. The cinematic story is a copy paste job of the next day edit. It’s obvious from watching the video that they did a rush job, and it really sucks that this is how most significant event in my life was portrayed. I had to hire someone else to redo the next day edit and cinematic story. My husband’s had a couple unpleasant interactions with Binder which is uncalled for since we’ve been polite and patient. This made me hesitate from contacting him to discuss my concerns. I understand that with the pandemic it’s been difficult for the wedding industry to cater to clients, but that shouldn’t be the excuse that compromises the quality of service, especially when a customer is paying and relying on you to capture their most memorable events of their life. What made me upset is I have family who hired other photographers and videographers for their wedding and their teams were so nice, informative, and did a great job with the videos and pictures. I was expecting the same hospitality and service from Studio 12. Overall, Studio 12’s service and product are just mediocre. I’ve had great experiences with my makeup artist, décor, caterers, and banquet halls. Studio 12 couldn’t match up to that level of service. I hope this review helps couples choose wisely which vendors they’d like to proceed with and the reviews below are detailed enough to be helpful. I really hope that Studio 12 takes this review seriously to improve their customer experience and satisfaction.

Had a horrible experience, it took them almost 2 years to provide me photos and they butchered our wedding video. If you can save your money and time go elsewhere.
