Thank you to Gary. Mike and Gabe for the great service. I bought my 2020 Chevrolet Malibu just over a month ago and took it in twice for check engine light and they were great. The service Guy Bob needs a lesson on customer service. He is rude and want to charge me for service that should have been done before I took the car of the lot.

My husband and I decided to go to Gateway and check out the Chevy Blazer that we had just rented over the weekend. We were so impressed with the performance that we decided to check it out. Gabe the salesman came out to help us out and we were sold. We ended up with 2020 Chevy Blazer RS fully loaded. The whole transaction took 2 days. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon with and picked up the car early Friday afternoon with financing and all. We are very happy with Gabe's and the whole Gateway teams service and will not hesitate to go there again. Thanks Gabe.

I bought a car from this location …. 1) A person who give me the deal he said he’s going to give me the full service (oil change car wash, wheel balance everything including 2 free service) Now, that sales person left the job and the service department said they not gonna give me the anything free accepted oil change one time ….. a person who’s handling the service department BOB Derezycky ,He is really rude. Bob never give the answers properly and nicely. 2) Company recall the cars for the sensors, when the company called me for the recalls the car , they said they gonna give me the another car on the same day for use until my car work get done . and when I reach there at location, they said no ,they not gonna give me the another car so , I took the day off from the my work.who gonna pay me for that … very bad management… I think I choose wrong place to buy a car ..

It was a great place to Take my impala. The service adviser , So caring. There coffee so nice. I was told they checked all codes. Took my impala for a test ride, When they installed the new battery. And keep in mind. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Who is responsible, For saving HUNDREDS of millions of lives, For inventing the centre highway divider GENERAL MOTORS, that's who. God bless GM.

Anthony was very friendly and informative. He was always easy to get ahold of. He answered all my questions fully. Masih was very pleasant to deal with as well. Both are no-pressure guys who made the experience very positive. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I have been going to get my car serviced at Gateway Chevrolet since I bought my Chevy Cruze. The personnel is professional and friendly. There is coffee and water bottles available for the customers. It is always a good experience going to this dealership for car maintenance. I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied when I leave after having my car serviced u0026 I recommend them.
