10-12-2023 09:15I have never imagined this kind of horrible customer service. We booked a truck and trailer over a month ago and was told that it was booked to move our home from Ontario to Alberta. We were just advised that there is no truck and trailer available now. We are one week away from our move and no truck to move our home. There is nothing they can do. No empathy, no apologies. They just don’t care. They tell us but we sent you an email that there is no guarantee of stock yet they don’t advise you of that while you are booking over the phone. There is no solution and they have left us completely screwed. Not in a million years would I have thought that such a huge company with many locations would be allowed to get away with this. I will be telling everyone I know and on social media to never use this company for any of your moving needs. So unreliable and heartless. The worst experience with any business in my life.

08-30-2023 00:42It was my first experience and this location staff provide a good service from the front desk and I felt that they are fully dedicated on their job. Vehicle in good condition and clean. It's perfectly served my purpose with a minimum cost. Thank you for your all the support.

07-26-2023 19:45Not enough staff, lines and wait time always always long unprofessional staff. No one to check out cars staff always disappearing can’t be found when they should be working, staff not friendly or courteous staff some and the like to argue with customers openly in front of customers. I used to like this store been coming here over 22 years Brampton needs another location cause this one sucks!!!!

06-28-2023 00:19Dust in the cab that was on the dashboard could be cleaned up and due to covid and other pandamic issues it would be great if the steering wheel could be sanatuzed or basically cleaned. The lady that helped me when renting the truck was very nice and took her time to provide excellent customer service. There were very vocal people that were rude but she took her time to help me. Very impressed

05-23-2023 06:40Great location but room for improvement on service. When I arrived I waited 20 plus minutes to be greeted - there was a lot of staff (coming-going and in the back area) but only 1 check-in desk open. After some time I asked the femaile staff member at the open check-in desk if there was anyone else that could come to check me in as my reservation was for 10:30am and I had to be somewhere at 11:00am. (It was close to 11 at this time) The lady came across very rude and advised me that the people she was serving also had a reservation and that I would have to wait - also that the system was loading and she had to serve them first. I advised that I am not trying to skip the line just asking for another staff to come to serve me. Ohter than those being served I was the only other customer in the store. Eventually someone else came to open another check-in desk and without apology for my wait checked me in. Once at desk the check-in was easy + the staff member who served me (male) was great. When I went to the designated van + it was very dirty (inside + Out) It had not been washed (dirt/mud all over the outside nor cleaned inside (nut shells and other stuff on the floor on the inside cab of it.) Also the Change oil light was on and remained on my entire rental period. I located a male staff member: he was wonderful + offered to clean it or give me other van - I declined as was running late. I simply wanted to advise him of the issue so that upon return I would not be charged for this. I usually do not wirte these reviews but thought that you would like to know the way that this location is being serviced + allow U-haul to improve on that.

05-05-2023 09:27Booked a hitch installation over a week in advance. Received 2 confirmation emails. No one was on-site to do the installation at the reserved time. Then THEY canceled my order and expected me to leave without a receipt for the refunded amount. Utter failure of good business

04-28-2023 17:25I didn't find the counter service clerk overly friendly. And then when I went to the yard to collect my truck, the guy told me that I had to go and get it from where it was parked and bring it to the awning area. I thought that I was paying for service. This is a far cry from when I used to rent vehicles at this location. The staff needs to more helpful and actually provide customer service on a professional level.
