Little Burgundy

The store’s design(inside) is good, and there’s plenty of nice shows. But Some employees seems like discriminate against the oriental. I’m asian, today I’m looking for shows and find one i like, and ask employee for my foot size, he(or she) just tell me “that’s all we have” and turn around, talk with other employee. He just talk with me 3 seconds.I can understand if he feel not good today or something bad happen him today, But I can’t understand why he did that front of me. I don’t want to tell employee’s gender and appearance in here. But i can recognize him next time. To owner, I don’t want to give 2star in this shop, make sure it’ll be better to me next time, Please. Thank you.

Got advice from a sales person to order an item online due to the fact that the item in question was not in stock nor were they in the stores nearby. However, they were actually in stock in a neighboring store. Paying in person is cheaper than online due to shipping cost, so naturally I bought in person but couldn't cancel the order online. I was advised by two phone reps that I would get a full refund including shipping, however this was information was false. In short, I lost money to shipping when it was not necessary at all due to misinformation and incompetence.

Always find what I want. How ever customer service varies depending who's working
