Charm fertility in Brampton is incredible. When you walk in you're always greated with respect and amazing service. Those ladies at reception go above and beyond to make you feel heard and taken care of. The ladies who take blood are lovely and very gentle. The ultrasound women are so professional and very comforting considering how many times you need ultrasounds. Nurse Barinder is phenomenal and always answered any questions of mine as soon as she could even when they were ridiculous or anxiety driven. Dr. Rahal is so kind, so involved and I couldn't have been in better hands. I am so thankful for charm and them making this terribly hard process so much easier. Thank you.

I went to the clinic for about 9 months and was able to successfully conceive. Dr Rahal has been a great addition to the clinic, and I was able to see a significant improvement in patient attention after that. Compliments to the blood technician - never had blood drawn so smoothly. The nurse is great too and so is Some of the other staff like Rania. The appointments are prompt and usually it’s 15-20 mins in and out of the clinic which is a refreshing change. I would recommend this place.

I'm patient of Etobicoke location and I occasionally visit here for blood work. Mine are difficult veins to draw the blood but the blood work technicians are amazing, they get the job done very smoothly and painlessly. The staff are amazing here.

I have been trying to reach out to this clinic for more than 2 weeks, No one picks up the call or calls back. If you are not able to assist patients, pls dont do consultations too. Worst clinic. I wish there was negative rating

Incompetent staff. Struggling to send over a prescription to shoppers drug mart. Waited one whole week. Impossible to get a hold of ( never pick up calls and very late replies to emails). I needed to start my medication a week ago which was time sensitive. And I’m still struggling to get a hold of them. Shoppers employee said that they can call them directly if there’s any issue but no effort was made by the receptionists. And guess who suffers the consequences, the patient.

Very bad management, I am waiting to scheduled my appointment more than one month, after waiting long time then call and asked they we tried your number your didn’t answer and doctor will give us new schedule next week then we will call you. After waiting, I call again on Monday around 11:30. Receptionist said I will call you afternoon, after waiting and waiting I call again in the evening and they said we are very busy today we will call tomorrow. I requested them please give any day appointment this week I am free you don’t need to ask I can manage, but they said no. This is our policy to call to us to book the appointment. I am still waiting for their call but they never call me. What kind of policy I don’t understand they using, you are not care about patient. Your staff are not responsible and respectful. I really frustrated from this charm fertility management.

I was referred to this clinic by my awesome family doctor- Dr. VIJITHA SIVAKUMAR. Thank you to Dr. Waseema Hoosainny who did my procedure very well. She explained me everything before the procedure. Very patient and knowleadgeable doctor. Roxanna- the technician was very nice too. Extremely grateful and thankful to Doctor Pratibha Vasudeva for her help and guidance. The receptionist staff- Lexia, Sukhie and Gursharan are all angels. They all helped me with the appointments and with my kids. I can't forget. I had an amazing experience with Charm fertility. Thanks to all of you.

Brampton location is the worst branch to visit. Misguide you on every step of treatment, incomplete knowledge and ruthless staff shares false information about everything. Calls you early morning on the name of appointment still let you wait for 2 hours. Charge you for the tests which are cover under OHIP. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
