09-28-2023 23:26Well they charged me for no service!, I called them up to ask about charges to fix a flush lever, lady at the reception asked address n other details and said it would be more than $100 so it didn’t make sense to me paying that amount for such a small repair. So I clearly told her I’ll check if other units of my property need plumbing repairs then it would make sense to book the appointment, I said I’ll get back. Well guess what, she booked the plumber and after a week plumber showed up at the property, he called me and I told I never booked the appointment, the moment he cut the phone I received an email with an invoice charging me for visit. Later I emailed their management about the incident and nobody ever replied. So I just paid them without wasting much of my time, wish them good luck with this kind of professionalism. Very unprofessional.
