08-19-2023 05:54I saw Dr. Uretsky and left the office crying tears of relief because I finally felt validated and like someone took my concerns seriously. I had been dealing with severe period pain for ages and have always been told to either 1) take painkillers and/or 2) go on birth control (or just dismissed and told that everyone gets painful periods). There was no further investigation on the underlying reasons why I was having severe cramps and lower back pain to the point of missing work and school and I gave up looking for help for it for a long time until recently when it got worse. He listened, validated, provided information, investigated and provided a treatment option but also was realistic and let me know what to expect and how to move forward if the treatment doesn't work. This was the first time I left a doctors office feeling like I had direction and something to look forward to and had hope for possible relief - but even felt okay that if it didn't work and we had to start from square one because it felt like I would still get adequate support and information if that was the case.

06-23-2023 03:08I had a referral in June (if I recall correctly, whenever it was its been so long I forgot when it was done...) and got an appointment in March that was canceled and rescheduled 3x. Upon arrival, the receptionist was quite nice. They took my blood pressure, which was sky high, and I was told they would take it again, but they didn't. I saw Dr. Rivet, and immediately felt uncomfortable, like I was an inconvenience. I was referred by my doctor to confirm a diagnosis, I was basically asked if I wanted to try this medication, there was extremely little history taken, certainly not enough to diagnose this, no exam or any mention of exam, or tests. There was no compassion or concern for my symptoms, it was awful, I can't believe I waited so long for that. I was then called later to book an appointment, I expressed I would like to see someone else and was met with a very smug, Well then you need to get your doctor to do another referral. Just because our healthcare is free doesn't mean we should have to just accept this kind of treatment. I would rather wait another year to see someone else than go back to the same doctor. It feels like they know we have no real options, so they don't need to try.

06-10-2023 02:39Dr. Rivet was awful! I have been waiting nearly a year for my referral to go through and I have a condition that is not widely known that I have been struggling with for 3+ years and so I have a lot of history and had a thorough list of symptoms to offer her. When I pulled out my list she immediately told me she didn't have time for that. This was my first visit!! She has no idea if my symptoms even coinside with the condition I have or if it may be something else as well. I was then told they would do meds to start menopause but as I was still asking questions about this treatment option she was walking out of the room! While I was talking! While I had unanswered questions! I have never felt more dismissed in my life. For my first visit I expected an exam and a thorough history to be taken. I am livid that this is how they would treat anyone!

06-01-2023 01:11Dr. Pelinska did hysterectomy surgery and she did a great job. I had some complications after the surgery. She explained everything in detail. Dr. Pelinska took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, listened to all my concerns and left me feeling worry free. Her staff in the office is good, but the hospital staff was so caring and loving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to her.

05-17-2023 15:35The Doctors are ok here but it is so busy and if you have an appointment you’ll have to wait and extra hour before you actually get to see them. The reception is so snobby, I understand that healthcare is a frustrating career but there is no need to be so condescending and rude.

05-13-2023 04:32Dr Rivet refused to even see me or deal with my case after getting the referral from my doctor and after already being a patient and seeing her within the last year. Apparently my case was too complicated I did not realize recurring UTIs would be such a hard thing for a gyno to deal with. Didn't know doctors could pick and choose patients, you did sign an oath to provide care to patients, but I think refusing to even see them again goes against this. Would give 0 if I could. Don't waste your time.
