I called Musique Gagne and spoke with Jonathan to clarify some questions and concerns that I had. He answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to place my order. The 12 string arrived today in perfect condition and it is absolutely beautiful in sound and appearance. The pictures on the website did not do her justice. A great company to deal with long distance...I could not be happier with my purchase.
