Knight Archer Insurance

I have called twice regarding a name change in my insurance policy. Both times assured the broker will call me back. First time waited 10 days. No return call. Called again. Was promised that absolutely a broker will call me back. It’s been another 10 days with no return call. I even stayed if I did Not get a return call this time I would be leaving a review. Never heard from a broker

The Archer Family should be ashamed of themselves for what this business has become. My family has been going to Knight Archer since the days of Gloria Archer dating back to the 90's. As I can see, Im not the only one who feels alone with this opinion. There are multiple recent reviews stating on going issues and they make zero effort to resolve ANY of them. About a month ago I made a phone call, it rang endlessly. Tried calling back later, again, no answer. Went there, and there were 4 people standing around chatting, and were completely startled by me entering the building. Clearly not doing anything, so why couldnt you answer the phone? Today, I went for a simple registration renewal for a vehicle. There was one couple being helped, so I stood in line. While standing there I noticed about 5 staff members doing absolutely nothing. This continued for over 10 minutes. Finally after speaking up, someone offered to help. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life and I will not return to this location. Ill be recommending anyone else to do the same. Any other insurance broker will gladly answer your calls, and assist you the moment you enter their building.

As a newcomer to Regina, everything is confusing but going into KnightArcher was a really great decision. Everyone was so kind and patient but Michael was exceptional. Going above and beyond, working hard to get everything set up properly, never losing a smile and even recognizing me immediately the next day when I went in. Excellent service!
