Super helpful and kind staff. Returned my boots after 50 days and they kindly accepted and helped me choose a fitter one. Top notch quality products, I don’t say.

The staff was helpful... I came to the store after having a horrible experience ordering items online which were not properly delivered and the package was stolen. I was lucky to get a refund but my address was blocked for further purchases... not that I am likely to do online shopping with The North Face again, so I don't really care.

There is only one store in Montreal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoy shopping here.

A young lady named Cindy helped me find cute clothes for my little boy online. She was super helpful and patient. I can be quite indecisive so I really appreciated it ! Wonderful experience!

The staff's behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, and unfortunately, their supervisor, Cindy, did not seem knowledgeable about the Northface terms and conditions. Despite displaying the information on their website, she refused to honor them, citing issues with the local system. This lack of accountability for her actions was frustrating.

Workers there are chill and helpful. First time going into a North Face and they took the time to help me out. But also knew when to let me just shop around. Very nice atmosphere.
