08-13-2023 11:22Always enjoy the items I get here! This time I got something different, which was the mango mochi. it’s made in house and fresh daily! The mochi iteslef was soft, but the part that just shocked me was that it wasn’t just mango cream inside but a big chunk of mango sitting in the centre which is gonna be awesome to bite into! The tartness of the mango as it’s not currently mango season just balanced so well with the sweetness of the mochi! But I think even with a sweet mango, it’ll still be just as awesome too! Service is always amazing at panash! Super kind staff too! Engaging in the perfect amount of conversation every time! Definitely excited that panash is even closer to home than the other markham location too! Great job overall! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!

07-13-2023 08:58Love buying cakes from the Panash Bakery on Hwy 7. Just realized that they have opened another store up on Markham Road about 2 weeks ago. Tried the sliced cakes immediately and they are all fresh and delicious as usual. Customer service is great. This location is a lot more convenient for us. Highly recommended.

05-03-2023 02:32Like many, we used to go to their McCowan/Hwy 7 location beside Congee Queen but we found that they opened a new one here and it proved much more convenient. Small shop, looks like renovations were done. Once we walked in, I thought maybe they didn’t have much to sell and most of their stuff went to the other location because the selection was quite small. Other than some coconut tarts, cakes, and egg tarts, there was nothing else to be found. Guess I have to come in earlier next time. The building is built with the bakery and the Urban Cove bubble tea shop in the same area. Maybe their idea is that we buy some pastries and grab some drinks while we’re at it. We bought the mango cheesecake ($5.50), mango Swiss cake roll ($1.95), the coconut tarts ($0.95 each) and the creamy chicken mushroom pie ($2.25?). I thought the mango cheesecake was quite expensive although it proved to be delicious, creamy. Only issue was the graham cracker bottom - when I tried to slice it and put it onto individual plates it just didn’t hold onto the cake. I loved the mango Swiss roll and it was not too sweet but had a great fresh mango taste. The coconut tarts are much like the ones at St. Germain Bakery at Markville Mall; delicious and a strong coconut flavour, and the chicken mushroom pie was a great snack, wasn’t creamy though. Only thing I’d really call out is the egg tart price, which was $2.95 each. That’s a steep price. I definitely would recommend this place just try to come earlier to get their entire selection. PS: the mango cheesecake isn’t actually that small; I sliced them up with fresh mango pieces which they don’t include, the cheesecake is about quadruple the size in the picture.

04-15-2023 09:27If you have a soft spot for desserts, particularly cakes and pastries, Panash is definitely worth checking out. I dropped in at their location on Markham Rd for dessert after having lunch nearby. They have tons of choices and it was hard to pick just one but their Mango Mousse Cake whispered to me. It was pretty good - nice mango flavour, light, with just the right amount of sugar. Just right!
